Less than 10 minutes to make No cooking needed Makes 15-18 balls Ingredients: 1/3 cup honey 1 scoop AAN Whey Protein Powder 1 cup dry oatmeal (not steel cut) ½ cup peanut butter ¼ - ½ cup Chocolate chips ½ cup flax seeds Instructions: Combine all ingredients into a bowl and stir. Place in the fridge for 15-30 minutes so that it will be easier to roll. After 15-30 minutes, roll into small balls. That’s it! They are ready to eat! If the mixture seems to dry, add in an extra tablespoon or two of honey or peanut butter. If it seems too wet, add a little extra oatmeal. They will last a week in the fridge. If you don’t eat them all within a week, you can put them in the freezer.
